IFCC is a community-based arts center committed to creating an environment in which people of every ethnic and cultural background come together as artists and audience to explore, preserve, and celebrate their diversity. Built as a fire station that opened in 2010 and was in use until 1959, the renovated structure now contains a theater with the capacity for over 100 seated guests, an art gallery, dance studio, and space for rehearsals or classes.
Portland Parks and Recreation is currently developing a community-driven plan to reopen this historic building. Check here for updates and information.
